Our Jewelry
 

Each piece of Whole Creative jewelry is handcrafted and unique. Therefore there may be small variations from what is pictured. Many of the pieces we use are vintage and may show some natural patina. Each of our sterling silver spoon pieces are unique, no two are the same. Some of the materials used in our designs are electroplated. Electroplated materials have a thin layer of gold, silver, or rose gold over a brass metal core. Care must be taken to protect the look and finish.

Returns/Exchanges

We want you to love what you order! If it’s not quite what you were expecting, you may return it for another item or we can issue a full refund within 30 days of the ship date. Your return must be undamaged and in its original condition. Standard shipping rates will apply.

Damages

If your item is defective or damaged within 60 days of your order date please email us at wholecreative@gmail.com and we will do what we can to make it right.

Cancellations

We process orders quickly, so if you decide to cancel an order, please email us right away at wholecreative@gmail.com. Include your order number so we can process the cancellation. Sending an email does not automatically cancel your order, we will do what we can to cancel. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.

Availability

We try to have all items in stock, but occasionally some items go on back-order. We will notify you immediately if this is the case.
